Shipping Policy

Below is our shipping policy. We currently only have standard shipping for all orders. Please email us at info.ballcity@gmail.com if you have any additional questions.

Shipping Fee:

$10 – Pending availability and credit card verification, shipments within the contiguous United States should arrive within 5-10 days from shipment date. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories take 8-21 business days for delivery. Please see product details as shipping restrictions may apply.

US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is dependent on the location of the shipping address and the type of shipping chosen at checkout.

If your package must ship with a specific carrier in order to be delivered, please email us at info.ballcity@gmail.com prior to placing your order. We will do our best to make that change for you.

Delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.

There are no additional shipping charges for items that ship separately within the same order.

You will receive one or more emails containing your tracking number once your packages(s) have been shipped. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as your package states delivered and you’re not able to locate it to file a missing package claim.

At this time, we have a no return/refund policy. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

We reserve the right to change the shipping prices and policies at any time.

ALASKA & HAWAII:

Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii generally takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

US TERRITORIES:

Orders shipped to US territories are a flat rate of $10. Delivery to US territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands) generally takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

MISSING ITEMS

If you are missing an item from your order, please check your shipping confirmation email. The item may have gone out of stock between the time the order was placed and when the order shipped. If this is the case, it will be noted on your shipping confirmation email and you will not be charged for the missing item. SHIPPING POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Please note that shipping dates provided in checkout are estimates and subject to change, and will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic and other factors.

To keep your items safe and ensure a smooth delivery, you must have your order(s) shipped to a secure location, where you or someone you know and trust will be present to receive the merchandise. We are not responsible for the loss of packages if the delivery location is not secure or a delivered package is stolen from where a carrier leaves it. If it has been more than 24 hours since your tracking information was updated to “delivered” status and you have not received your merchandise, please contact our customer service team to further assist you. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to decline to re-ship or refund orders where merchandise is not received.
