BALL CITY TEAMS
Ball City has four teams–Ball City Elite, Ball City Gold, Black City Black and Ball City Blue. The Ball City teams brings together the best and most competitive players to compete in tournament games, including state, regional and national tournaments—this also includes AAU Tournaments. We have tryouts to determine the team, and also include some players from the Ball City Academy.
Ball City Academy
Ball City Academy is our skills, fundamentals and player developmental basketball program, where players learn, practice and play at a competitive level. Our skills development training in all areas of basketball fundamentals including ball handling, defensive play, shooting skills, basketball IQ and teamwork. Our goal is to prepare players to become stronger in competitive play whether it’s at the park league level, their school league, tournament play or for their high school teams.
Scrimmage Sessions
The Ball City Scrimmage Sessions invites players from across the city to participate in scrimmages against each other. We have all ranges of scrimmages, from one-on-one scrimmages to five-on-five scrimmages. This allows players from all different neighborhoods and schools to not only compete against each other but also to get to know each other and build relationships. The Scrimmage Session is one of the players favorite programs, and always have a great time.
Shooters Paradise
The Ball City Shooters Paradise is a shooting skills program that focuses on shooting form and offensive skills. Another player favorite, the Shooters Paradise includes not only shooting fundamentals but also scrimmages.
